Questions
Do I need a WhatsApp Business API account?
No. You link your own regular WhatsApp number by scanning a QR code, the same way WhatsApp Web works. There is no Meta approval process and no per-message carrier fee.
Can my number still get banned?
It is possible — this uses an unofficial client, and no provider can promise otherwise. The whole safety layer exists to make it unlikely: warmup ramps, health scoring, pacing, recipient guards and automatic quarantine. Keep the defaults on and stay within your plan volume.
What happens when I hit my monthly quota?
Sends are refused with a clear error until the next billing period, so you are never billed for overage you did not agree to. Request an upgrade from the dashboard and an admin activates it.
How do I pay?
Request the plan you want from the dashboard and settle offline. An administrator activates it once payment clears, and the expiry extends from your current one so paying early never costs you days.
